Win10命令行中使用pip报错：pip is configured with locations that require TLS/SSL

新电脑win10系统，配置了Anaconda3

想在命令行里使用pip安装一些包，结果报错：
WARNING: pip is configured with locations that require TLS/SSL, however the ssl module in Python is not available.

查了一下貌似是环境配置的问题，尝试修改环境变量解决不了。

解决方法：
不运行cmd，而运行 Anaconda Prompt，则可以正常使用pip install啦
