1,添加清华镜像
在,condarc中添加，一般是这个位置

  - https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/cloud/pytorch/
  - https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/free/
  - https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/main/
  - defaults
show_channel_urls: true

2，打开Anaconda Prompt，输入以下命令可以看到刚才添加的channels

conda config --show

会显示

3，登录pytorch官网https://pytorch.org/get-started/locally/
这是我的选择

4，输入上图中的run this command的命令

5，验证

import torch
torch.__version__
