yolov5_obb win10环境安装

1、项目地址：

3、安装步骤：

（1）创建好虚拟环境，安装好pytorch，我的为cuda=11.3, pytorch=1.12.1

（2）安装yolov5-obb

安装过程中会报错，如“Cannot open include file: 'THC/THC.h': No such file or directory”，这些我尝试了一些解决办法，都失败了。后来找到一个解决方法，就是替换成别人的nms_rotated，下载地址：https://drive.google.com/file/d/1o4c0qxM8Jbdyy1TXlhs84Ae3czQCSYVp/view?usp=sharing
