This morning we had breakfast at a local indian restaurant. They called it a stand-up breakfast, because you stand up while you eat, kidding~:P . I had a dish called masala dosa. Here are the proper steps to eating the masala dosa:
1. Break small pieces of the dosa
2. Take a little of the vegetable from inside the dosa
3. dip the dosa piece in the white chutney (dip made of coconut and mint leaves)
4. eat the dosa piece with a spoon full of sambar (lentil preparation typical of south indian eaten with rice, dosas, or idlis)
