安装 python3-vcstool

vcs是很好的工具，由于源的问题可能会出现安装不上的问题，而python3-vcstools是无法使用vcs的，这里提供Ubuntu系统下的两种方法，第一种的前提是你已经安装ROS了，这样可以直接从ROS库中安装，比较方便，第二种是没有安装ROS的情况下安装。
方法1：

sudo sh -c 'echo "deb http://packages.ros.org/ros/ubuntu $(lsb_release -sc) main" > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ros-latest.list'
sudo apt install curl # if you haven't already installed curl
curl -s https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ros/rosdistro/master/ros.asc | sudo apt-key add -
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install python3-vcstool

方法2：

curl -s https://packagecloud.io/install/repositories/dirk-thomas/vcstool/script.deb.sh | sudo bash
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install python3-vcstool

如果是其他系统，可以使用PyPI包的方式

sudo pip install vcstool
