Live a Healthy Life

        In this age of continuous progress, everyone is seeking a better way of life. But some bad lifestyles can also affect our physical and mental health.

        According to survey statistics,many people go to bed late every day.Life is irregular.What is a healthy lifestyle?First,we should go to bed early and get up early to ensure a good sleep.Secondly, we should eat regularly and do proper exercise to help boost our metabolism.It is also important to keep a good mood.

        Personally,I insist on going to bed before 11 o'clock every day,and I will choose to run when I am under great pressure.Running can help me release pressure and feel happy.

健康生活

        在这个不断进步的时代，每个人都在追求更好的生活方式。但是一些不好的生活方式也会影响到我们的身心健康。

        据调查统计，每天有很多人晚睡。生活不规律。怎样才是健康的生活方式呢？首先我们应该早睡早起，保证好的睡眠。其次，我们应该按时吃饭并且做适当的运动，来帮助我们促进新陈代谢。还有很重要的一点是要保持良好的心情。

        就我个人而言，我每天会坚持11点前睡觉，并且我会在压力大的时候去选择跑步，跑步能够帮助我释放压力，心情愉悦。
