How to create a simple Ad Hoc Reporting in HR ?

 As Ad Hoc Reporting in HR  has all users groups and function areas in it. so we need to define a simple way to show this information. Now i will introduce you this simple way. 

prerequisition:

you must know Ad Hoc Reporting in HR and H00_QUERY_AD_HOC.

 

Step by step:

1)in SE93 creat a TCODE,choose object 'report transaction'

Input program H00_QUERY_AD_HOC and screen 1000

2) use SE93 again and another TCODE , choose object parameter transaction, enter TCODE created in the first step.

And set the parameters as below:

Select inherit GUI attribute and add parameters as below to as default values:

WSID--work area flag  X-standard function area , blank-global function area

BGNAME--user group

SGNAME--function area
