2017.7.12 something to keep you concentrated

When I was in the primary school, I always read books in the spare time. Reading is not only a hobby, but also a way of seeing the world. Nowadays, people have more choice to read than before. However, they always do other things at the same time. I believe we should read in a quite environment, which can help me be concentrated. I always read book in the library, about three times a week. Students in my school do not like to study in the library because they think it is too small. therefore, it is really a good place for me to read.

I insist on reading since I was a children. The books that I am interested in change with my growth. When I was in the primary school, I like to read cartoon books. now, I prefer to read some books related to medicine. There books can sharpen my insight and help me become a good doctor in the future.

Many people believe that reading can make people feel asleep. However, I keep thinking when I read books. this is the reason why It can help me keep concentrated.

 

Yes, I think learning how to keep concentrated is necessary for children. As we all know, people who are able to keep concentrated always do somethings efficiently. They can do same thing in short time and get the better results.

 

I think have a rest is a good way of keep concentrated. As we all know, people will feel tired after a long time work. Therefore, suitable rest is vital for them to replenish themselves. After rest, employees can work with more concentration.

 

There are many kinds of work need higher concentration. For instance, I am a medical student now and my dream is to be a doctor in the future. Doctor is an occupation that need concentration, because it may cause serious results if doctor do some worry in the work.

 

Yes, it is easy to be disturbed in the school, especially in the dormitory. As you know, I live with my five classrooms. When they make noise, I feel it is hard for me to concentrate.

When it comes to the distractions, I have to say smart phones. There are always too much notices in my smart phone and they disturb me a lot. When I doing something, I have to pay attention to my phone to make sure if there are notices from other people.
