Badminton is my favorite sport. One of the reason why I like to do it is that it can help me to keep concentrated. Badminton is a kind of ball game. You have to catch the ball and hit it to a position that is difficult for the opponent to catch. When I was a child, my father taught me how to play badminton. At that time, there is a small basketball court near our house. However, the equipment is too old to use. Although it could not be used as a basketball court, it is a good place for us to play badminton. We practiced a lot before I left home to go to college. Fortunately, my roommates like to play badminton as well. We always play together at weekend. When I am disturbed by something from environment, they will shout to me, come on! If there are other things rather than ball in your mind, you will miss the ball and lose the game. Therefore, I must concentrate to the game. As I have played badminton for many years, I gradually have a good habit of concentration.
