When useing the plusw to login a server without any  started database instance, first use "/nolog" as username to log on and then change to "CONN sys/change_on_install as sysdba" and start a  database instance.


It is amazing to me. Even in one db instance, each user has his own tables. If dbinstanceuserA wants to visit B's tables, A should write as B.TableName.
