Logistical Variants - 后勤变式

A logistical variant is the variant of a generic article for a specific   unit of measure.
后勤变式是指一般物料在特定的计量单位下的变式。

Using logistical variants, you can carry separate stocks in   various units of measure for an article and the article can be sold  in each of these units of measure.
采用后勤变式,可以针对一个商品的不同的计量单位来管理对应的库存数量。同样,商品可以根据不同的计量单位来销售。

 

You can assign different units of measure to each logistical variant in your article master record.
 在商品主数据中,可以分配不同的计量单位至每一个后勤变式中。
 The following types of logistical variant exist:
        1.1 Procurement variant - A variant for the unit of measure in which an article is procured either from an internal or an   external vendor. You can have several procurement variants for an article.
              采购变式 - 商品在内部/外部采购的过程中使用的根据不同的计量单位对应的变式。
        1.2 Sales variant - Variants for the unit of measure in which an article is carried for sale to the consumer. This is the   unit of measure in which the sales are posted from the stock. For each generic article there is only  one sales variant.
              销售变式 - 商品在销售时根据不同的计量单位对应的变式。在销售中,库存的过账是根据这些计量单位。并且,每一个一般商品只能有一个销售变式。
        1.3 This variant can be sold in various sizes of packaging that you have to enter into the article master  record of the variant as alternative units of measurement.
               变式可以按照不同的单位来进行包装并销售。在商品主数据中必须数据替换单位。
  

    

   The merchandise category in which the logistical variant is created must have at least one characteristic   that has the "logistical unit of measure" feature (relevancy indicator = 3).
     在后勤变式中的商品类别在创建时必须有一个特性,在该特性中的特征值有“logistical unit of measure”,相关标识为3.

     Characteristics for logistical units of measure can also be grouped under characteristic profiles and   assigned to merchandise categories.
     后勤计量单位的特征值可以组合在特性参考文件中,并分配给商品分类。
 

  

     When creating the generic article you determine which unit of measure will be used as the sales unit of   measure. The order units of measure are automatically assigned to the variants in this way.
       在创建一般商品是,可以决定采用哪个计量单位作为销售单位。采购记录单位也是通过该方式自动分配给对应的变式。
        If the indicator in the sales screen is set to "Sales UoM not variable", no other sales unit of measure can   be assigned to the individual variants
        如果在销售视图中设置了“Sales UoM not variable”标识,则该变式不能被分配任何一个销售单位。
        If the indicator has not been set, then you have to adjust the sales period in the listing accordingly.
        如果没有设置该标识,则需要在列表中调整销售周期。
 

  

        By assigning the units of measure in the basic data view, the following validity periods for listing and   sales are assigned by the listing:
         通过在基本数据视图中分配记录单位的同时,在列表中分配后续的列表有效区间和销售有效区间。
                1. The sales variant is listed for one day with the sales unit of measure so that the article cannot be   procured in this unit of measure. The sales period is defaulted from the validity period in the basic  data.
                    当销售单位对应的销售变式的列表有效区间为1天时,该商品不能按照该计量单位进行采购。
                2. The procurement variants are listed in connection with the validity period for exactly this time-frame   so that the article can also be procured in these units of measure. The sales period is set for a specific  day only as these variants and their units of measure were not defined as sales units of measure.
                    采购变式的列表有效区间为精确的时间,因此商品可以按照采购变式中的计量单位进行采购。只有当变式的计量单位没有被定义为销售计量单位时,该变式的销售有效区间必须设置为具体的日期。
