Most of us work in finance or IT related fields know the data analysis, machine learning and the kind of stuff are now super stars. Not sure how long it may last but only getting the feeling it is in a frenzy of popularity. Today I'm trying to let you know a little practical piece of info about skill practising. The numerai, go and google it.
The goals of the platform have been described in many publications, but I think one of their purposes, in short term, would be to integrate the powerhouse of the good computers and smart guys out there in the www.
It's a fantastic place for the individuals who are interested in data analysis. You can get plenty of datasets (of course encrpyted) to do data analysis. In addition, numerai acts like a stimulus in the process of your skill practising. If you use python (and they also support R), I would say it's better to work on jupyter notebook that makes everything so neat and tidy.
Hope this recommendation won't crash the site :P
