matlab dos minized,unable to restore minized with SDK version 2018.2

i followed the procedure and tried to recover the minized. but on executing the below commmand i get the error

exec program_flash -f flash_only_boot_7007S.bin -fsbl zynq_fsbl.elf -flash_type qspi_single

error :
