SAP QM模块里，事务代码QDB1用于维护取样策略和动态修改规则之间的relationship。

1, 执行事务代码QDB1,维护取样策略和动态修改规则的关系。

输入取样策略NM000001,动态修改规则Z01,保存，系统报错：Sampling procedure NM000001 has no sampling scheme

详细报错信息如下：

Diagnosis

Only sampling procedures that refer to a sampling scheme are relevant for the allowed relationships.
Other sampling procedures are not entered in the table for the allowed relationships.

2, 经查，Sampling procedure NM000001数据如下：

其Sampling Type被维护成了400 – Percentage Sample。将其修改为300 - Use sampling schema，保存。重新执行QDB1就能成功保存了。
