【源码】信号短时平稳持续时间的估计

本代码是一个Matlab函数，实现了一种新技术，名为“统计图”，用于估计给定非平稳信号的短时平稳性帧持续时间。该技术给出了一个答案，即非平稳信号被分割成的帧的长度应该是多少，以便将信号视为短时平稳信号。这在执行某种时间局部化分析或处理时尤其重要，例如STFT、短时能量或过零率计算、语音处理等。

The present code is a Matlab function that implements a novel technique named “statiogram” concerning the estimation of the short-time stationarity frame duration of a given nonstationary signal. The technique gives an answer what should be the length of the frames into which a nonstationary signal is divided, so that the signal be considered as short-time stationary. This is of particular importance when one is going to perform some kind of time-localized analysis or processing e.g., STFT, short-time energy or zero-crossing rate computation, speech processing etc.

A few examples are given in order to clarify the usage of the function. For convenience, the input and output arguments are given in the beginning of the function.
