【esp32】-bug -1 #无法烧录程序，报错Failed to connect to ESP32: No serial data received

项目场景：

利用VSCode基于ESP-IDF框架向esp32烧录程序。

无法烧录程序，报错：

esptool.py v3.3-dev
Serial port COM14
Connecting......................................

原因分析：

ESP32开发板在使用串口烧录程序的时候需要进入烧录模式，也就是需要将默认高电平的IO0端口（BOOT按键）电压拉低。而ESP32自动下载电路时序有微小的不同步，导致复位后BOOT没有拉低。

解决方案：

在烧录程序时，按下开发板的boot键。
