3 Ways to implement Ubuntu Installation

 

1. Install Ubuntu Using VMware

Steps:

1. Download and install VMware Workstation Player.
2. Download the Ubuntu ISO from ubuntu.com.
3. Open VMware and create a new virtual machine.
4. Select the Ubuntu ISO as the installation media.
5. Allocate resources (CPU, RAM) for the VM.
6. Start the VM and follow the installation prompts.

2. Erase Windows for a Clean Installation

Steps:

1. Backup Data: Ensure important files are backed up.
2. Create Bootable USB:

   rufus /path/to/ubuntu.iso

3. Boot from USB:Restart and enter BIOS, set USB as boot device.
4. Install Ubuntu:Choose "Erase disk and install Ubuntu" during setup.

3. Set Up a Dual Boot System

Steps:

1. Backup Data: Backup important files.
2. Create Space for Ubuntu:Open Disk Management and shrink the Windows partition.
3. Create Bootable USB:

   rufus /path/to/ubuntu.iso

4. Boot from USB:Restart and enter BIOS, set USB as boot device.
5. Install Ubuntu:Choose "Install Ubuntu alongside Windows" during setup.
