前言:复现github上开源的比较知名算法的时候一定要看页面下方或者repository里面的README.md文件(read之所以大写就是为了提醒读者看),里面涵盖了详细的实现步骤,主线围绕着README.md的步骤去实现,大体不会错的很厉害,可能会有一些环境配置不同导致的小问题或者小坑,解决了这些问题基本就能run起来了。
1、配置环境更像是个体力活,花时间基本都能解决,如果有深度学习配置环境的问题,可以留言给我,我们一起讨论。下面我把我配好的环境截图传上来,我这是可以运行ssd的环境(已测试).

Opencv:3.2.0
CUDA:8.0.61 (如果装CUDA之前已经安装了显卡驱动,那么cuda安装的时候提示你是否还要装驱动,请选择no)
CUDNN:5.1.10
2、下载代码:
你可以用download zip方式下载,也可以用git指令下载,下载后是一个名字叫caffe-ssd的文件,具体命令如下:
git clone https://github.com/weiliu89/caffe.git
cd caffe-ssd
git checkout caffe-ssd (工作分支的切换)
3、修改makefile.config和makefile文件,然后编译.
Makefile.config.example是提供给你的一个配置文件的例子,你是不能直接拿来用的,需要你按照自己的需求修改。
首先复制一份Makefile.config.example文件,重命名为Makefile.config
需要修改的地方有:

我装了CUDNN,所以取消注释,表示使用CUDNN
2)
我也使用了opencv,所以也取消这一行的注释,表示使用opencv,因为最后要显示出检测的图,而不是在终端中用数字表示,所以取消注释表示使用.

修改INCLUDE_DIRS和LIBRARY_DIRS路径,因为等会编译(make )的时候,需要载这些路径中找依赖文件.
到此Makefile.config文件修改挖完毕,其余的保持默认就行。

进到caffe-ssd目录下,打开一个终端,执行
1、make all -j8(8核加速编译)
2、make test -j8
3、sudo make runtest -j8
4、make pycaffe (python中导入caffe的接口)
以上3步如果出现问题后搜索还没有解决的,可以留言给我,编译成功显示如下,sudo make runtest -j8显示 passed就OK了
