IEEE SPL文章接收后通讯作者注册IEEE账户并验证文章

投稿了一个IEEE SPL，导师没有相关的投稿经验因此在这里做一个总结，在文章接收后需要通讯作者进行的操作。

投稿经历

简单对投稿过程做一个总结，耗时总共四个月左右，IEEE SPL只有两种结果，一种是REJECT，一种是ACCEPT WITH MANDATORY MINOR REVISIONS (AQ)。

第一次投稿两个reviewer一个给了R一个给了AQ，最后AE给了reject，耗时两个月。第一次被拒后给了一次重投的机会，后续和coauthor一起对第一此的审稿意见写了十几页的response letter，对reviewer提出的问题一一回答，并且把文章修改的内容在response letter里做出标识。

第二次重投（resubmission），在scholarone那个投稿系统里面指出本文是resubmission，并且指出之前的文章编号，也可在cover letter里指出，后续很快的分配了之前的那个AE，AE再去找审稿人，peer review也是差不多两个月时间，因为在之前的response letter里对前面两reviewer的意见做出了自认为仔细的回应，后续新分配的两个reviewer对文章的内容也没有什么意见，AE给了ACCEPT WITH MANDATORY MINOR REVISIONS (AQ)，基本上就稳了，最后两个reviewer和AE给的意见就是文章有一些grammar和typo的问题，建议我们仔细地做一个proofreading，后续也是找了一个英国的机构做的proofreading，完成后在系统提交相应的latex源文件。

通讯作者后续操作

因为导师没有相关的投稿经历，后续在按要求提交所需文件后过了大概两三周有给通讯作者发邮件，说相关信息匹配不上（因为通讯作者所用邮箱没有注册过IEEE账号）。

账号注册完成后，登录上述2中的https://authorgateway.ieee.org，根据2中描述，登录进行验证，所以就只进行了登录，并未做其余操作，登陆进去后看见已经将文章自动链接到此账号，能够看到文章的一些信息。

能够看到此时文章已经分配了DOI号，目前状态是还没publish，因为导师也没注册ORCID，所以就忽略了这几个关于注册ORCID的Alerts，后续再看看能否顺利publish。

后续：
通讯作者的邮箱必须注册ORCID。
上述authorgateway里操作完成后大概两天收到earlyaccess通知，之后过两周左右能在最新一期的volume找到文章。
