What must be true when min break point is $k=2$?

• $N=1$, every $m_{\mathcal{H}}(N)=2$ by definition
• $N=1$, every $m_{\mathcal{H}}(N)<4$ by definition
• $N=3$?? Must coform that $m_{\mathcal{H}}(N)<4$, any 2 points cannot be shattered

Break point $k$ restricts max possible $m_{\mathcal{H}}(N)$ a lot for $N>k$
