这是你的下载器配置有问题，你可以先去端口查查你的下载器驱动是否正常

我用的jlink，这里就显示正常

再查查你的ccs下载设置是否有问题

选择你要编辑下载的工程右键选择properties

在connection选择你的下载器

connection处选则你的下载器

 

至此配置完成
