1. DQN介绍
Deep Q Network
- 目标:最大化累计奖励(回报U)
- 通过神经网络近似最优动作价值函数: Q ( s , a ; W ) ≈ Q ∗ ( s , a ) Q(s,a;W)≈Q^*(s,a) Q(s,a;W)≈Q∗(s,a)
- Q函数可以帮助获得最优动作:
a t = arg max a Q ( s t , a ; W ) a_t = \displaystyle\argmax_aQ(s_t,a;W) at=aargmaxQ(st,a;W) - 状态转移函数p可以获得下一时刻的状态:
s t + 1 = p ( ⋅ ∣ s t , a t ) s_{t+1} = p(·|s_t,a_t) st+1=p(⋅∣st,at)
2. TD算法介绍
时序差分算法(Temporal Difference)
- 得到t时刻的状态和动作
S t = s t ; A t = a t S_t = s_t; A_t=a_t St=st;At=at - 计算t时刻的Q函数值
q t = Q ( s t , a t ; W t ) q_t = Q(s_t,a_t;W_t) qt=Q(st,at;Wt) - 计算t时刻的梯度
d t = ∂ Q ( s t , a t ; W ) ∂ W ∣ W = W t d_t = \frac{\partial Q(s_t,a_t;W)}{\partial W}|_{W=W_t} dt=∂W∂Q(st,at;W)∣W=Wt - 获得t时刻的奖励和t+1时刻的状态
s t + 1 ; r t s_{t+1}; r_t st+1;rt - 计算TD的目标值:
y t = r t + γ max a Q ( s t + 1 , a ; W t ) y_t = r_t+\gamma \displaystyle\max_aQ(s_{t+1},a;W_t) yt=rt+γamaxQ(st+1,a;Wt) - 进行梯度更新
w t + 1 = w t − α ⋅ ( q t − y t ) ⋅ d t w_{t+1} = w_t-\alpha ·(q_t-y_t)·d_t wt+1=wt−α⋅(qt−yt)⋅dt
