思路:
用TIM2的通道2(PA1)产生指定频率=frequency,指定占空比=Duty 的PWM波,用TIM3的通道1(PA6)捕获输入进来的PWM波,并计算占空比和频率,验证计算结果是否等于已知的频率和占空比。
硬件连接:
用杜邦线连接板子上的PA1口和PA6口,将PA1口上产生的PWM波输入到PA6口上供TIM3捕获

初始化TIM2,并使其产生频率为1KHz,占空比为50%的PWM波
