3 How members collaborate with each other

1. Group meetings every 2 weeks to harmonise project information. Adopt a clear communication mode to enhance the flow of information, communicate clearly the content of the defence and the overall situation of the project.
2. The project manager communicates with front-end members about UI interface design, and packages the material package for front-end members. Organise meetings on time to enhance communication between individual members.
3. Front-end members dock with the project manager to implement UI in the website, build the initial framework of the website, and write all kinds of information into the website.
4. Back-end members work on developing the forum and posting module, and communicate with the project manager about the project requirements in a timely manner.
5. The publicity team needs to write blogs for each assignment and complete the production of the defence PPT. Before each defence, before submitting the blog assignment, you need to communicate with the project manager in time about the need for copywriting materials.
