关于历年评测真的一言难尽，本篇大部分解析只是提供思路，没有举出实例，也并非标准答案，仅供参考。

截止我所在的这一届，每次评测一共3个大题，若干小题，分别从以下角度考察：

1）一些概念、定义；2）举例，说明某些理论；3）围绕某个难点论述；4）还有可能画一些图表

真正作答的时候内容是翔实、大篇幅的，且避免 'etc.' 'and so on' 之类的。

来看一道范例：

这个案例和问题并不是随便找的，它部分节选自《Management》 Chapter 10：Entrepreneurial Ventures，Enplug是一家专注于数字化互动广告的美国企业。本题要求回答创业的概念和它在商业中所扮演的角色、解释企业家在创立一家新企业的过程中做的事、为它们撰写商业计划书（以及提供一些相似案例），本题的部分问题在 Chapter 10 就有直接的解答。

a）答案就在书中：

Entrepreneurship is the process of starting new businesses, generally in response to opportunities. 为了抓住时代机遇，创办新企业。

“Role”可以理解为它独有的特色：It is mainly innovative practice and opportunity seeking，aim to pursue growth and profitability.

b）答案依然在书中，可从以下方面回答：

Create something new, something different；

Search for change, respond to it, and exploit it；

Assessing the potential for the entrepreneurial venture and then dealing with start-up issues；

Proceed to plan the venture；

......

c）Business plan 可以包括：市场有哪些机会、环境怎么样、业务有什么、财务状况预估、以及支持这些判断的论据等。

改变商业环境参考7条：技术革新、全球化、合并收购&联盟、人口变化、减少管制&私有化、外包重建、生态&文明环境。

本题部分解答可以参考主讲商业环境的 lecture 2-4。Globalization在 lecture 3 Macro 中提过。而 technological change、Demographics、Ethical & ecological，可对应 lecture 2 中 PESTEL的T、S、E 3个方面。

这里商业环境的改变未必是良性的，也可以是变得更糟。

在平时课程中的确有举出现实中一些的企业作为样例，但从未提及过这家公司。

答案中的6点，有4点围绕着产品（其中两点围绕生产线），要么改善现有，要么提出新东西。
