Procurement = Agreements
Consists of the following types

Procurements are legal, binding documents.

Two key items to focus on: Buyer and Saller.

Buyer: The owner of the project, a subcontractor, the acquiring organization or the purchaser.

Seller: A contractor, vendor, service provider, or supplier.
