impact检测cable失败

之前遇到过的问题，纠结很久，看大家是否遇到一样的，分享出来

• 换了台电脑，win10, B210, impact突然检测不到cable，之前是好的，报错：

         WARNING:iMPACT:923 - Can not find cable, check cable setup !

• uhd驱动也正常，设备管理器显示如下

• 重新安装过WinDriver驱动、cable驱动等等，都没有用，log打印如下

GUI --- Auto connect to cable...

the Cable Setup operation.

其他问题排除做法可参照xilinx官方建议（问题不相似的，在里面找下原因，挺全的）：

• 注意报错打印：Source driver files not found.

      重新安装\ISE\xilinx\14.7\ISE_DS\ISE\bin\nt64\digilent\install_digilent.exe

      问题解决，把官方建议全试了一遍才仔细看log，多走很多弯路 :(

• 重装impact的usb驱动，需要调换dll库，可以直接脚本去执行，注意安装64位的
