MODIS BRDF&albedo product (MCD43) V006

Unlike V5 products, V6 products are produced daily. It one of the best operational BRDF/albedo product. Here gives a very brief introduction of MODIS V6 BRDF/albedo products and additional links from the product team (Product PI: Crystal Schaaf).

 

MODIS provides three released BRDF/albedoproducts in various spatial resolution:

1) Daily Global 500m (MCD43A)

2) Daily Global 0.05Deg CMG (MCD43C)

3) Daily L3 Global 30ArcSec CMG (MCD43D, about 1km in spatial resolution)
