NKI-Rockland Sample initiative was created to probe lifespan development as a large-scale multimodal dataset. The NKI-Rockland Sample Longitudinal Discovery of Brain Development Trajectories substudy (N=369) is a 24- to 30-month multi-cohort longitudinal pediatric investigation (ages 6.0-17.0 at enrollment) carried out in a community-ascertained sample. Data include psychiatric diagnostic, medical, behavioral, and cognitive phenotyping, as well as multimodal brain imaging (resting fMRI, diffusion MRI, morphometric MRI, arterial spin labeling), genetics, and actigraphy. Herein, we present the rationale, design, and implementation of the Longitudinal Discovery of Brain Development Trajectories protocol.

一个有意思的地方，他们用了Braindr(2018传送门)做QC，另外还使用了Euler score(传送门)。该图表示大概图像的Euler Score在-300以外就可以exclude了。另外把Euler Score加到模型中也是可行的。

• “Dimensional connectomics of anxious misery” (HCP-DAM), characterizes brain-symptom relations of a transdiagnostic sample of anxious misery disorders. 

•  “Human connectome Project for disordered emotional states” (HCP-DES), tests a hypothesis-driven model of brain circuit dysfunction in a sample of untreated young adults with symptoms of depression and anxiety. 

• “Perturbation of the treatment-resistant depression connectome by fast-acting therapies” (HCP-MDD), quantifies alterations of the structural and functional connectome as a result of three fast-acting interventions: electroconvulsive therapy, serial ketamine therapy, and total sleep deprivation. 

• “Connectomes related to anxiety and depression in adolescents” (HCP-ADA), investigates developmental trajectories of subtypes of anxiety and depression in adolescence.

Data will be shared via the NIMH Data Archive and Connectome Coordination Facility by the funding agreements for each project.

SUDMEX CONN，是一个墨西哥的公开数据集，包括74名CUD患者（9名女性）和匹配的64名健康对照者（6名女性），包括人口统计学、认知、临床和磁共振成像（MRI）数据。磁共振成像数据包括T1, DWI, rs-fMRI，所有数据可在OpenNeuro数据共享平台获得。

他们在2014版本的文档中，提供申请额外行为数据的链接已经挂掉，http://neuroinformatics.harvard.edu/gsp/loni，感觉是一个很久没有人维护的数据，但是查询Harvard Neuroinformatics Research Group之后可以看到他们更新后的网站: （另外他们还有OASIS）

这里登录需要他们认可的大学或机构登录，查询了一下北师等学校似乎并不在列。登录之后点击request access之后有人会处理，之后就可以直接下载了。

没想到最后来到了USC的IDA。。。

看到很多人都在用ADNI和ABIDE的数据，在这里申请GSP也许会更容易。
