此错误整章存在多处

应该为

<node name = "example1_a" pkg = "chapter2_tutorials" tpye = “chap2_example1_a”/>

第三个参数必须与文件名相同，应为

exit(gen.generate(PACKAGE, "chapter2_tutorials". "chapter2"))
