问题分析

阅读错误内容，发现是安装程序想要卸载旧版本h5py时出错

解决方法

顺着提供的路径XXXXX(根据你要安装的环境位置，有差异)找到site-packages文件夹，删掉里面的h5py，然后重新

pip install tensorflow
