体外：Nilotinib (AMN107) 是一种选择性 Abl 抑制剂，旨在与 BCR-ABL 的 ATP 结合位点相互作用，其亲和力高于伊马替尼，同时与伊马替尼 (IC50<30 nM) 相比更有效), 也对大多数赋予伊马替尼耐药性的 BCR-ABL 点突变体保持活性[1]。
