leadtool 获取图像混乱 qt下 播放视频崩溃问题

使用leadtool 版本V20，V21

leadtool demo 播放pmg后缀的文件时，获取图片混乱，操作步骤如下。

1. Run the LEADTOOLS Player demo
2. Set the preferred renderer to Legacy using Control menu -> Preferred Video Renderer -> Legacy
3. Enable copying to the clipboard with Preferences menu -> Enable Copy to Clipboard
4. Play "DaDa_DVD_MPEG2.mpg"
5. Copy a frame using Edit menu -> Copy
6. Open MS Paint
7. Paste the content of the clipboard

leadtool在qt下debug时，播放视频崩溃，是leadtool的bug，在v21中已经解决。
