在安装Ubuntu18.04的pip3时遇到依赖问题，提示缺少python-pip-whl。尝试解决依赖未成功，后发现可能是软件源导致的问题。将软件源从阿里云切换回系统默认源后，pip3安装顺利完成，但不确定具体阿里源哪里出错。

下了个ubuntu18.04，更新源后安装pip3

apt install python3-pip

结果居然报错了
