U-net原始环境下代码&框架测试

环境：ubuntu14.04+matlab14b

其实有想要在windows本身自带的17b上试一下，但是发现好多文件格式和操作隶属于不同内核导致的诸多复杂问题，我还是选择搭建原始环境。

nvidia-smi：未找到命令

nvidia安装：
sudo apt-get install nvidia-cuda-toolkit

nvidia安装：
sudo apt-get install nvidia-cuda-toolkit
（有 448 个软件包未被升级。sudo apt-get dist-upgrade）
即使升级之后，nvidia-smi依然
