this can happen if layout contains custom windows and there are comple errers in the project

解决方案：
1：把C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Unity\Editor-5.x\Preferences\Layouts\default文件里面的Default.wlt文件里的内容复制下来
2：打开你项目中的\Library中的CurrentLayout-default.dwlt文件，把里面的内容删除，复制你之前的Default.wlt文件的内容进去保存一下
3：重新打开unity就可以了
