mediapipe c++ windows编译出现无法识别python.exe文件

当出现形如这个未识别python.exe的时候，排查了一个星期都没找到，最后发现要明确在系统环境变量中指定BAZEL_SH为：自己装的msys64\usr\bin\bash.exe的路径，有大佬说这是win11可能出现的问题，其实不是很对，因为我个人用的机器是win10照样会出现这样的问题
