常用进化软件报错

1. conda 激活出错

conda activate mafft

CommandNotFoundError: Your shell has not been properly configured to use 'conda activate'.
To initialize your shell, run

    $ conda init <SHELL_NAME>

  - zsh

解决方案：

source activate
conda deactivate

2. krona 软件画图时找不到accession number， 要单独下载full tax 库到taxonomy文件夹下的accession2taxid 然后本地update
