1、rosdistro.rar解压到 /home/rosdistro文件夹下
2、打开sources_list.py文件(sudo vim /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/rosdep2/sources_list.py),找到DEFAULT_SOURCES_LIST_URL,并对其进行修改

# rosdep
DEFAULT_SOURCES_LIST_URL = 'file:///home/rosdistro/rosdep/sources.list.d/20-default.list'

3、打开rep3.py文件(sudo vim /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/rosdep2/rep3.py),找到REP3_TARGETS_URL,并对其进行修改

REP3_TARGETS_URL = 'file:///home/rosdistro/releases/targets.yaml'
# seconds to wait before aborting download of gbpdistro data
4、打开__init__.py文件(sudo vim /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/rosdistro/__init__.py),找到DEFAULT_INDEX_URL,并对其进行修改

def get_index_url():
5、打开terminal
sudo rosdep init
rosdep update
