Check failed: cusolverDnCreate(&cusolver_dn_handle) == CUSOLVER_STATUS_SUCCESS

The following is the error when I am running the code of paper “Avatar-Net: Multi-scale Zero-shot Style Transfer by Feature Decoration”:
F tensorflow/core/kernels/cuda_solvers.cc:94] Check failed: cusolverDnCreate(&cusolver_dn_handle) == CUSOLVER_STATUS_SUCCESS Failed to create cuSolverDN instance.
The solution is adding two following setteings before create session.
Before modify, the code is as following:

...
with tf.Session(config=config) as sess:
...

After modify, the code is as following:

...
config = tf.ConfigProto()
config.gpu_options.allow_growth = True
with tf.Session(config=config) as sess:
...

The solution is refered to the folloing blog.
