I took part in the no-leader group discussion of Tencent. The program “Product Manager Apprentice” claims to admit only 20 students from over 10,000 applicants all over the world.

I tried to undertake the role of a leader. I also don’t want to be too aggressive so I gave up to be the recorder or reporter. Now I seem to make a mistake. I should tend to show that I’m eager to be the recorder. Of course, a recorder is more possible to be a reporter.

Another mistake is that I need to think more from the need of the target group. Maybe I focus on the concrete function too much so that I fail to neglect the deep need that our product should satisfy.
