——Leadership doesn’t mean speaking more.

There are usually 5 roles in a group discussion without a given leader.

The actual Leader. He/she is responsible for hosting the whole process of the group discussion. Sometimes, he/she needs to assign the team role if necessary.

The Timekeeper. He/she needs to range the rhyme of the group discussion, schedule the speech time of everyone, the free discussion time, the summary time.

The Recorder. He/she records the discussion result. If necessary, he/she needs to report the discussion result.

The Reporter. He/she needs an excellent overall view and is familiar with the discussion result and the corresponding arguments. He/she also needs to master the roadmap of the discussion.

The team Member. They need to put forward valuable ideas so that the interviews can notice you.
