问题解决：

win10无法获取地址，https://support.microsoft.com/zh-cn/help/929852/guidance-for-configuring-ipv6-in-windows-for-advanced-users

获取到IP ping不通，需要加路由：netsh interface ipv6  add route ::/0 "以太网" 2001:db8:0:1::24b
