金凯瑞在马赫西管理大学毕业典礼的演讲

晚上听到了经典的英文演讲，记录下歌词：

You know fear is going to be a player in your life，

要知道在你的一生中，恐惧总会如影随形，

But you get to decide how much.

不过你要决定它将占据多少分量，

You can spend your whole life imagining ghosts，

你可以选择诚惶诚恐的过一辈子，

Worrying about your pathway to the future，

一路上患得患失，

But all there will ever be is what’s happening here.

但其实真正让你迷茫的是现在，

How will you serve the world?你能为这个世界带来什么，

What do they need that your talent can provide?

你能发挥你所擅长的来满足他人需要吗，

That’s all you have to figure out.

这是你最该搞清楚的东西，

As someone who has done what you are about to go do，

必然已经有人做过你将要做的事情，

I can tell you from experience，

但是我要凭我的经验告诉你，

The effect you have on others，

你所作所为对他人的影响，

Is the most valuable currency there is，

才是这个世界上最具价值的货币，

There will always be someone，

因为总会有一个人，

Who seems to be doing better than you.

做的比你更好，

No matter what you gain, ego will not let you rest.

不管你已经拥有了多少，却总还想要得到更多，

It will tell you that you cannot stop，

始终有个声音在你耳旁说不要停下，

Until you’ve left an indelible mark on the earth，

直到这个世界永远记住我，

Until you’ve achieved immortality.

直到我永垂不朽，

How tricky is this ego that it would tempt us，

这个如此狡猾的声音推着我们一步步向前，

With the promise of something we already possess，

即便已经拥有，还是永远不够多，

As far as I can tell,

我只能说，

It’s just about letting the universe know what you want，

遵从心之所向，

And working toward it，

然后努力，

While letting go of how it comes to pass.

该随风而去的就不要再留念，

And when the door opens in real life, just walk through it.

当命运的大门向你敞开，勇敢穿过，

That peace that we’re after，

内心宁静驻足的地方，

Lies somewhere beyond personality，

不在于个人魅力，

Beyond the perception of others，

不在于别人的评价，

Beyond invention and disguise，

不在于臆想和伪装，

Even beyond effort itself，

更不在于努力本身，

You can join the game, fight the wars，

游戏人生也好，参军打仗也罢，

Play with form all you want，

你可以成为任何你想成为的人，

But to find real peace，

但想要找到内心真正的宁静，

You have to let the armor fall，

你要卸下铠甲，

Your need for acceptance，

因为你需要的越多，

Can make you invisible in this world.

这个世界越看不见真正的你，

Don’t let anything stand in the way of the light，

不要让任何东西遮住光芒，

That shines through this form，

让它照射在你身上，

Risk being seen in all of your glory，

照亮你一身的荣耀，

You are ready and able to do beautiful things in this world，

你已经准备好并且能够给这个世界带来美好，

And after you walk through those doors today，

当你今天穿过这扇门后，

You will only ever have two choices:，

你只有两个选择，

Love or fear. Choose love.

爱或恐惧，请选择爱。

突然想到了自己以前看到的25个遗憾：

一生的遗憾（写给25岁的我）：

1. 没有实现自己的梦想（有过梦想吗？）
2. 没有去做自己想做的事情（你想做什么呢？）
3. 做过一些良心上收到谴责的事情
4. 被感情左右度过一生
5. 过于相信自己
6. 没有考虑过身后之事
7. 没有帮助别人的经历
8. 没有回故乡
9. 大部分时间都用于工作
10. 没有妥善安置财产
11. 没有到想去的地方去旅行
12. 没有谈一场永存记忆的恋爱 
13. 没有和想见的人见面
14. 没有结婚
15. 没有生育孩子
16. 没有看到自己的孩子结婚
17. 没有向自己的家人、向自己深爱的人说“谢谢”
18. 没有注意身体健康
19. 没有戒烟
20. 没有向一个人完全袒露心事
21. 没有信仰
22. 没有看透生死
23. 没有认清活着的意义
24. 没有留下生存过的证据
25. 没有认认真真享受过美食

加粗的是没有实现的，其他的已经实现，随时更新，继续努力！

以前看过一首诗，叫《纽约比加州时间早3个小时》，印象很深：

纽约时间比加州时间早三个小时

New York is 3 hours ahead of California,

但加州时间并没有变慢。

but it does not make California slow.

有人22岁就毕业了，

Someone graduated at the age of 22,

但等了五年才找到好的工作！

 but waited 5 years before securing a good job!

有人25岁就当上CEO，

Someone became a CEO at 25,

却在50岁去世。

and died at 50.

也有人迟到50岁才当上CEO，

While another became a CEO at 50,

然后活到90岁。

and lived to 90 years.

有人依然单身，

Someone is still single,

同时也有人已婚。

while someone else got married.

奥巴马55岁就退休，

Obama retires at 55,

川普70岁才开始当总统。

but Trump starts at 70.

世上每个人本来就有自己的发展时区。

Absolutely everyone in this world works based on their Time Zone.

身边有些人看似走在你前面，

People around you might seem to go ahead of you,

也有人看似走在你后面。

some might seem to be behind you.

但其实每个人在自己的时区有自己的步程。

But everyone is running their own RACE, in their own TIME.

不用嫉妒或嘲笑他们。

Don’t envy them or mock them.

他们都在自己的时区里，你也是！

They are in their TIME ZONE, and you are in yours!

生命就是等待正确的行动时机。

Life is about waiting for the right moment to act.

所以，放轻松。

So, RELAX.

你没有落后。

You’re not LATE.

你没有领先。

You’re not EARLY.

在命运为你安排的属于自己的时区里，一切都准时。

You are very much ON TIME, and in your TIME ZONE Destiny set up for you.
