Run SWAN model

1. Compile source code

make mpi

2. setup the running folder

in which, the input files “coarse.bot, coarse.ele, coarse.node” contain the bottom, element and node information.
The input files “leem_c_wy2013_0.9wind_vel.inp, leem_c_wy2013_0.9wind_wind.inp, leem_c_wy2013_0.9wind_wse.inp” are the forcing files.
The “INPUT.inp” is the namelist.

3. After the run is done, the folder should show like:

in which, “WVDIR.bin, WVHGT.bin, WVHGT.nc, WVORB.bin, WVPER.bin, XPC.out, YPC.out” are the output files, and they are defined in the namelist.
The occurrence of “norm_end.out” means the run has completed.
