【异常】tensorboard 1.14.0 has requirement setuptools>=41.0.0, but you'll have setuptools 40.6.3

1. 问题描述：

pip 安装 tensorflow 时，出现异常提示，具体如下：

pip install tensorflow

出现如下错误提示(setuptools 版本太旧 ， wrapt 不能卸载)：

tensorboard 1.14.0 has requirement setuptools>=41.0.0, but you'll have setuptools 40.6.3 which is incompatible.

Cannot uninstall 'wrapt'. It is a distutils installed project and thus we cannot accurately determine which files belong to it which would lead to only a partial uninstall

2. 解决方法：

1. 第一种，强制安装，命令如下（推荐）：

pip install --ignore-installed tensorflow

2. 第二种，按照错误提示，一步步安装（不推荐，麻烦）：

1. 更新 wrapt

>> pip install --ignore-installed wrapt
Collecting wrapt
Installing collected packages: wrapt
Successfully installed wrapt-1.11.2

2. 更新 setuptools

>> pip install --ignore-installed  setuptools
Installing collected packages: setuptools
Successfully installed setuptools-41.2.0

3. 安装 tensorflow, 这个时候就不出现错误提示了。

pip install tensorflow
pip list # 查看安装好的 tensorflow

3. 总结

当安装过程出现异常提示时，需要强制安装时，使用如下命令：

pip install --ignore-installed  <库名>
