though、Although、even though 都是連接詞，所以後面要接完整句子
despite、in spite of 都是介係詞 ，所以後面只能加名詞

Although - (正式)雖然 (連接詞)
Although the exam was difficult,I think I did well.
= I think I did well although the exam was difficult.

though - (非正式)雖然 (連接詞)
I think I did well though the exam was difficult.
= Though the exam was difficult,I think I did well.
= The exam was difficult. I think I did well,though.

even though - (語氣加強)雖然 (連接詞)
Even though the exam was easy,I failed.

despite 儘管(介系詞)
Despite his best efforts,the man just couldn’t succeed.
= The man just couldn’t succeed despite his best efforts.

in spite of 儘管(介系詞)
= In spite of his best efforts,the man just couldn’t succeed.
= The man just couldn’t succeed in spite of his best efforts.
