英语语法回顾7——状语从句特殊用法

一，补充as专题

as意思总结：

as+名词——作为     

v+n+as——此时as的意思取决于前面的意思

as+句子——当,,,时候    因为      虽然    好像    和,,,一样

 

二，补充than专题

• not so much as=not even ——甚至不/没有

He cannot so much as spell word

he did not so mush ask me to sit down

• not so much A as B——与其说A不如说B

He is notso much a teacher as a poet

• more A than B——与其说B不如说A

He is more a poet than a teacher

• more than+n——不仅仅是
• more than+adj/副词——非常地
• more than+数词——超过

例：教师节就要来了，我借助这次机会向给与我帮助的老师表达感谢

例：生命很短暂这个事实已经被广泛的接受了

三，英语的特殊结构

1，强调句型：it is,,,that/who,,,——强调什么，就套住什么。除了谓语不能强调别的成分都可以

例：我昨天在街上遇到了我的老朋友

I met my friend，I have not met a long time，in the street yesterday

It was I that met my friend，I have not met a long time，in the street yesterday

例：有很多的原因可以解释这种现象

写作：所有的句子都可以写成强调句型

例：你至今依然没有意识到就是因为你交友不慎，你才没有考上心目中理想的大学
