R中报错Error in idx[i, ] ＜- res[[i]][[1]] : number of items to replace is not a multiple of

运行predictions.assay <- TransferData(anchorset = anchors, refdata = allen_reference$cell_type, prediction.assay = TRUE,                              weight.reduction = ca_6[["pca"]], dims = 1:30)时

报错Error in idx[i, ] <- res[[i]][[1]] : 
  number of items to replace is not a multiple of replacement length

修改TransferData函数中的参数k.weight调小即可。
