Numba 报错 “SystemError: initialization of _internal failed without raising an exception“ 的解决方案

如果盲目的升级numba的话，会有其他的错误等着你去修改（本人试过升级了numba，然后报错 numpy版本不兼容，然后到要去改代码）

同时mmdet的代码里面会警告你说你的numba版本和mmdet里面不一致所以我去寻求其他方法

然后我发现了其他人的方法

pip install numpy==1.23.5
